Now you can make your monthly payment for your children online. Simply complete the form below to send your information and make a secure payment using PayPal. You will need to return to this page every month to submit your payment (this is not an automatic subscription)

1. Enter your name - This allows us to correctly apply your payment.
2. Enter your child's name - You can pay for one or more children by writing their names here.
3. Enter your email - By applying  your email we can send you a receipt of your payment
4. Enter payment amount - Enter the exact amount of payment you are sending. Be sure to send a complete payment for the month. If you are paying for more than one child be sure to add monthly payments together and write one total amount.

Choose as few as 1 day per week or as many as 4 days per week

• 2 days          $145
• 3 days          $195
• 4 days          $245

Infant fee schedule is as follows: Offered Monday - Thursday.

• 2 days          $160/mo.
• 3 days          $210/mo.
• 4 days          $260/mo.
